This is a full-time Controller role located on-site in Lindsay, Ontario at Polito Ford Lincoln Sales. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role will involve collaborating with senior management to make strategic financial decisions and provide financial analysis to support business growth.

• Financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial best practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• CPA designation or relevant accounting certification
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
