Properly is a third-generation family-owned organization / family office based in Calgary, Alberta. We are a small and tight-knit group that oversees a public equity portfolio, wholly owned operating businesses, commercial and private real estate, and private investments.

You will support a wide range of financial, operational, and administrative functions across multiple related entities. Working directly with our Accountant responsible for booking all transactions and creating monthly financial statements, reporting to our COO / CFO, you will prepare accurate, timely, and useful information for all entities which forms the basis for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. While on average this job will require two to two and a half days per week of your time, at month, quarter, and year ends, there will be additional days required to meet reporting requirements.
