A leading logistics company in Mississauga seeks candidates for an interview position focused on monitoring the sort process efficiently. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of Cargo Handler experience, and must be bilingual in French and English if in Quebec. Responsibilities include tracking sort data and providing analytics to management. The position offers a Sunday to Thursday shift from 8 PM to 4:30 AM.
This is an interview position.
The purpose of this role is to monitor the overall sort process to enable an efficient sort. Loads/builds sort tables to route/divert freight for each sort and monitors, adjusts, and stops (when required) the sort flow to meet changing needs of the sort. Tracks inbound planes and trucks to calculate and compile sort data/stats. Coordinates and advises required parties (managers, leads, maintenance, GTS, market stations, US operations) of sort issues (e.g., late flights, adhoc and critical shipments, down times, maintenance issues) to troubleshoot and enable next steps. Provides analytics and sort performance data to management to enable sort planning.

Preferred Qualifications: Shift: Sunday to Thursday 8 PM - 4:30 AM, Sunday shift 9 PM - 5:30 AM. Friday and Saturday off. Job posting date: 08/8/2025; End date: 08/15/2025 at 9 AM local time.
