We are looking for a Contracts and Obligations Manager to join our Specialized Cloud Programs (SCP) team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The SCP team influences the future of Cloud infrastructure globally. As a Senior Program Manager in our Obligations Management team, you will leverage your multidisciplinary background in operations, technology, and industry to support OCI’s growth and ensure contractual compliance.

This role addresses commercial and operational requirements for OCI and involves managing large-scale projects across organizations. The ideal candidate is curious, a critical thinker, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

1. Analyzing complex customer contracts related to security, compliance, privacy, and cloud operations.
2. Assessing security, compliance, and privacy controls to support customer use-cases and contractual obligations.
3. Partnering with deal teams to negotiate complex cloud deals.
4. Communicating contractual requirements and drafting language to meet stakeholder needs.
5. Performing other duties as assigned to ensure team coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations, or Pre-Law.
• 4-8 years’ experience in contracts, deal management, risk management, or procurement.
• Experience with legal agreements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in Cloud is a plus.

Additional Information

US-based roles may require compliance with health mandates. Salary range in USD: $78,000 to $158,200, with potential bonuses and equity. Oracle offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
