Job summary

Magellan Aerospace in Winnipeg is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage all business aspects related to the sale and delivery of company products. You will execute the contract life cycle from RFPs to close-out, monitor margins, and maintain the Order Management System to reflect current order status.

The role requires strong communication with customers and internal teams, attention to documentation, budgeting inputs, and weekly sales reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with standard office equipment and software.
• 3–5 years in a related industry or discipline is an asset.
• Customer service minded with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer contract life cycle from RFPs to close-out at expert level.
• Monitor gross margins and assist in contract reviews.
• Update OMS to reflect current firm order status.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure performance.
• Prepare inputs for budgets, revisions, and weekly sales reports.
• Act as primary contact for customers and coordinate with all departments.
