Position: Contracts Administrator – Power Electronics Division, Georgetown, Ontario
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare, review, and administer contracts including government RFPs, solicitations, proposal submissions, final awards, purchasing agreements, vendor agreements, service & warranty agreements, NDAs, purchase orders, and amendments.
  2. Draft, review, and coordinate in-house and customer-facing documents such as MOUs, LOIs, and business letters to support internal teams and ongoing programs.
  3. Advise management and stakeholders (engineering, procurement, sales, business development) on contractual rights, obligations, and legal issues, providing interpretation of terms and conditions.
  4. Identify risk exposures and develop solutions to mitigate or eliminate such risks.
  5. Coordinate and gather data for audits as required.
  6. Administer contracts according to the contract management plan and approved procedures.
  7. Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
  1. Post-secondary education in business or administration, or a High School diploma with 5-7 years of relevant experience in contracts, supply chain, or finance.
  2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  4. Knowledge of legal, compliance, and third-party risk management.
  5. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with effective interaction with internal and external partners.
  6. High motivation, dedication, and ability to work under pressure.
  7. Business-level fluency in English.
  8. Familiarity with government contracting principles (FAR/DFARs) and export control laws is an asset.
  9. Ability to meet CGP requirements.
