Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for administration and a solid understanding of accounting principles? Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team! This role can be based out of either the North Bay or Haileybury, Ontario facility.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operations and commercial divisions, ensuring smooth administrative processes and accurate financial tracking.

- $22 - $25/hour
- Provide effective administrative assistance to operations and commercial teams.
- Perform data entry and analysis of daily field reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and finalize accounts receivable invoices.
- Oracle experience and experience with CorePlan or Dayforce would be an asset.
