Job description

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for administration and a solid understanding of accounting principles? Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team! This role can be based out of either the North Bay or Haileybury, Ontario facility.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operations and commercial divisions, ensuring smooth administrative processes and accurate financial tracking.

  • 25 - $29 / hour
  • Provide effective administrative assistance to operations and commercial teams.
  • Perform data entry and analysis of daily field reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and finalize accounts receivable invoices.
  • Manage contract setup and ongoing maintenance.
  • Review contract terms thoroughly before project initiation.
  • Handle purchase order invoicing and tracking.
  • Experience with Oracle and familiarity with CorePlan or Dayforce is an asset.
