The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric positive approach to engaging external resources, while balancing the commercial needs of the business with mitigating risk to the firm. This is achieved by:
Location: Anywhere in Canada; this is a virtual work opportunity (1-2 days in office per month may be required for meetings).
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Leader of the Contingent Labour Office, the Contract Specialist will manage processes related to external resources during setup, on contract, and upon renewal or departure across all functions and locations in Canada. The CLO processes over 1000 external resources annually, ranging from individual contractors to multi-million dollar organizations. The Specialist will also contribute to operational excellence by improving workflows, technology, and documentation. Responsibilities include:

KPMG BC Region Pay Range
The expected salary range is $54,000 to $81,000, with potential bonuses. Salary is determined by location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
