• Preferred: certification in applicable field (e.g. Certified Engineering Technologist)
• Ability to use computer software and apply project, contract and risk management techniques

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts and competing priorities as required.
• Prepare estimates and negotiate costs for additional contract scope.
• Ensure consultant deliverables comply with contract requirements (e.g. invoices, SOW, deliverables).
• Carry out quality assurance for contract work and write performance reviews.
• Track and monitor schedule with milestone deliverables.
• Manage financials of the contract and payment certification.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Client-Partners and stakeholders.
• Visit construction sites and coordinate activities with coordinators.
