Role focus
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your mission is fielding calls, handling inquiries, and processing orders with precision and efficiency. Whether it’s a spare part request or an aftermarket query, you’ll be the go-to problem solver.
This position is a 24/7 schedule operations environment, and you are to be ready to work on different shifts and during holidays.
