Job description

The role of Contract Recruiter supports the company’s mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As a Contract Recruiter, you will source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract top talent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Utilize sourcing methods, including job boards and social media, to identify potential candidates.
  3. Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and suitability.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  5. Manage candidate database and recordkeeping.
  6. Partner with hiring managers and business partners to create effective job descriptions and person specifications.
  7. Attend job fairs and networking events to promote Nordex USA as an employer of choice.
  8. Build and maintain industry contacts and professional organization relationships.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  1. 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  3. Proven recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy industry.
  4. Bilingual in English and French is required.
  5. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable laws.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Proficient in applicant tracking systems; SuccessFactors preferred.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. High confidentiality and integrity.
  11. Valid driver’s license for travel; periodic driver’s abstract checks required.

COMPENSATION

The salary range is $110,000.00 - $124,000.00 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation may vary by location.
