Pursuit is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume seasonal hiring across Canada and the United States. You will recruit across multiple roles, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate with Hiring Managers to hit milestone goals.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week in Banff or Jasper, with a October through June contract. You will communicate job details, wages, housing, perks, and ensure a smooth offer to onboarding process.

Position Summary

The Contract Recruiter supports high-volume seasonal hiring across the United States and Canada. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, this role recruits across multiple positions and locations as business needs evolve. Each year Pursuit hires over 2,800 seasonal employees across our iconic locations in Canada, Montana, and Alaska. Recruiters will meet milestone hiring goals throughout the season. This may require conducting or facilitating up to 10 interviews per day while ensuring timely follow-up, accurate records, and a positive candidate experience. Depending on the position, the Recruiter may make direct hiring decisions or coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers. The Recruiter must understand each role and location and clearly communicate job expectations, wages, housing, perks, and other relevant details.

The Details

• Compensation: $52,000-$55,000 salary, based on experience.
• Contract Term: October through June, with the potential to extend based on business needs and individual performance.
• Hybrid Schedule: Required in office three days per week.
• Locations: Banff or Jasper.
• Education and Experience: One to three years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role. High‑volume or seasonal recruiting experience preferred. Hospitality, tourism, or service‑industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred. Experience supporting hiring in the United States and Canada is an asset.
