Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid: Remote & In-Person)

Role Overview:

We are seeking qualified, part-time, internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network. You will deliver care via a tech-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term EAP to employer health plans, allowing as many sessions as needed.
  2. Treat adults identified through online screenings, with openness to treating children, adolescents, couples, or families.
  3. Maintain availability schedules and complete session documentation promptly.
  4. Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
  5. Collaborate with support teams and clinical care navigation teams.
  6. Provide culturally competent, empathetic care respecting diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications:
  1. Properly qualified and licensed to practice counseling in Canada (e.g., Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of independent, post-training experience.
  3. Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms.
  4. Available for some in-person sessions in Montréal monthly.
  5. Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
  6. Experience with safety planning and risk intervention.
  7. Committed to quality care and professional growth.
  8. Able to work independently with team support and collaboration opportunities.
