Please note that a hybrid work environment is available once training is completed. (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

This is a great position fit for someone who worked in mortgage processing!

The Contract Compliance Analyst is a member of governance team responsible for the analysis and setup of all new and renewed contracts, encompassing critical aspects such as confirmation of pricing commitments, special provisions, terms, and conditions for all customer accounts and "ship-tos" for Mansfield Energy. In addition, the role with audit other team members work to ensure contract compliance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA). This role is instrumental in ensuring best-in-class service while maximizing the value Mansfield can offer our customers.

Responsibilities

New Contract Set-up and Renewal

  • Coordinate with Customer Success Teams to ensure alignment and compliance to customer contractual obligations and MSAs to mitigate errors.
  • Ensures new and renewed contracts are set up properly by validating key issues, problem areas and recommendations for resolution of issues prior to set up
  • Coordinate with the bid team, customer success team, and sales team to ensure accurate pricing, setups, and transitions of accounts are performed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers
  • Create and maintain executive reporting on accounts that are set up without a signed contract (when applicable) and monitor to ensure receipt of signed contract is completed in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain a conceptual knowledge of all company product lines
  • Create and maintain a working knowledge of all pricing structures that are used for MEC customers
  • Oversee new customer onboarding process as it relates to MOC systems
  • Adhere to tight deadlines, working quickly but carefully to ensure setups align with the MSAs.

Governance of Mansfield's Systems

  • Maintain a best-in-class audit of data integrity.
  • Initiate workflow process to approving authorities within the company
  • Manage approval process to ensure timely "set up approval" is met with approving departments
  • Provide oversight, approvals, or denials of all requests for the setup of new customers and "ship-tos" based on contractual data that is provided

Changes to Existing Customers

  • Work with customer success team, sales representatives, and bid team to ensure contract amendments/addendums are completed and necessary changes are made to a customer's account
  • Validate all change request to ensure they do not violate contract terms
  • Meticulously and promptly correct any errors and ensure all information is accurate and complete.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum two years of prior experience in petroleum industry preferred
  • Job experience in a relevant field such as: mortgage processing, contract processing, or auditing preferred
  • Intermediate to expert in Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (v-lookups, x-lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas)

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work environment available once training is completed (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
