Qualifications

• RN or NP degree with current license.
• 7+ years of nursing experience, with preference for LTPAC/management.
• Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical skills/background.
• Knowledge of AI phenomena (hallucinations, omissions) and AI terms (LLM, NLP, ML).
• Experience using PCC products.
• Experience with data labeling software.
• Ability to perform extensive data manipulation.
• Understanding of statistics for interannotator agreement.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and concepts.
• Ability to distinguish nuanced clinical concepts and reach SME consensus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and label clinical data for alignment and agreement, assist SME evaluations, evaluate model results.
• Provide PCC workflows and clinical SME expertise as a licensed clinician.
• Help resolve disputes among SMEs regarding labeled data.
• Educate cross-functional teams about complex clinical aspects of AI through collaboration.
• Advocate for quality and clinical accuracy by partnering with senior researchers and product leaders.
