Contract Manager, Strategic Accounts - LCBO

Join us at Arterra Wines Canada as a Contract Manager, Strategic Accounts - LCBO. We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage key customer accounts, drive sales, and foster strong business relationships.

Job Summary: The Contract Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals, market share, and profitability for LCBO, managing customer relationships, and executing portfolio strategies. This contract is for 15 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue, market share, and profit targets for assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate and implement strategies for portfolio growth, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Lead cross-departmental teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Manage account budgets and utilize analytics to optimize ROI.
  • Forecast and meet sales metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree with 6-8 years in Key Account Management.
  • Valid driver’s license and WSET 2 or equivalent wine certification.
  • Experience in beverage alcohol or CPG industry preferred; WSET 3 or higher advantageous.

Additional Information: Office-based with travel required. We offer a hybrid work model, competitive salary, and opportunities for industry learning.

Compensation: $115,686.00 - $149,711.00, based on experience and qualifications.
