We’re seeking a Contract Management Administrator to support and optimize the end-to-end contract management lifecycle across all lines of business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, and various stakeholders to streamline contract intake, manage documentation, ensure compliance, and enhance visibility across contract terms, KPIs, and SLAs.

Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing

  • Support contract management process across all lines of business
  • Manage contract intake and prioritize contract sequencing
  • Collaborate with Legal to develop and safeguard contract templates
  • Maintain centralized documentation for contracts and related files
  • Build and manage a contract terms database with visibility on scope, risk, and spend
  • Develop best practices for KPIs and SLAs tied to contract language
  • Review RFPs for compliance with Legal requirements and recommend appropriate templates
  • Partner with Contract Specialists for reviews and documentation for approvals
  • Own visibility and reporting for contract approvals and lifecycle progress
  • Provide Legal with final executed contract packages and ensure proper retention
  • Ensure timely delivery of contracts, database updates, and communication on intake status

What You Have To Offer

  • Undergraduate degree and a minimum 2 years of experience in contract management
  • Solid experience with contract drafting
  • Familiarity with Ariba or similar contract management platforms
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
