How you create impact

Reporting to the Contract Logistics Revenue Manager you will be responsible for key operational and financial tasks including invoicing, freight audit and pay, and month-end reporting. This role requires a solid understanding of transportation processes and a strong working knowledge of Excel to manage and analyze data effectively.

  • Freight Audit & Pay for Client Billings: Ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Freight Audit & Pay for Carrier Payments: Ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Weekly invoice generation
  • Month-end reporting
  • Month-end accruals

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
