BC Housing is seeking a Contract Governance Specialist to provide post-award lifecycle support for a broad range of contracts across all branches. You will lead contract and vendor management, participate in negotiations, and support procure-to-pay activities, amendments, and term enforcement.
The role requires strong knowledge of Canadian public procurement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven risk assessment to ensure on-time, on-budget operations across the housing portfolio.

($72,479.17 - $83,518.06 Annually)
Reporting to Supervisor, Contract Governance, the Contract Governance Specialist provides post-award lifecycle support for a broad range of goods, services, and construction contracts across all BC Housing branches. He/she/they leads collaborative best practice approach to contract and vendor management across all branches and is responsible for proactive and reactive oversight activities while building strong relationships with cross functional partners. The position participates in assigned negotiations, discussions, and dispute resolutions related to commercial terms and conditions, supports execution of contract amendments, develops and monitors contract management databases, and supports the design and implementation of procure-to-pay activities.
