Directs all phases of training and sustainment support to the Canada (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) program, with field locations in Ottawa, Greenwood, and Comox Canada. Responsible for program execution and planning for moderate future growth in distinct product support. Manages a combined contractor and subcontractor workforce in provision of training and sustainment support to Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) MQ-98 mission execution. Represents the company on-site to Squadron and Wing leadership at three Canadian operational locations. Typically accomplishes objectives through subordinate managers. Responsible for decisions that could have an extended impact on outcomes where erroneous decisions could result in critical delays and modifications to programs.
