Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Curriculum Developer to join the Kinaxis training and enablement team. You will design and develop learning content, labs, and assessments that simplify complex supply chain concepts and enable customers to adopt Kinaxis solutions.

You will work with SMEs and cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality content that aligns with the global learning strategy, roadmaps, and standards. A strong design background and comfort with AI-assisted content are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience in instructional design or related field
• Four or more years of experience in developing curriculum, technical training, learning content, or courseware
• Experience designing learning solutions including e-learning, instructor-led training, hands-on labs, simulations, and assessments for enterprise software or technology products
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and technical writing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Project management skills including planning, tracking, and coordinating deliverables with ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience with AI tools in day-to-day work; prompt engineering a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner roles, training needs, and workflows to define objectives and solutions
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences and assets including e-learning, ILT, vILT, labs, assessments
• Build hands-on labs and technical exercises that reflect real product workflows
• Apply instructional design best practices and WCAG 2.2 AA to design content
• Collaborate with product experts and stakeholders to gather information and validate content
• Manage curriculum development projects, including schedules, quality, and reviews
• Develop content to established standards and templates for consistency
• Document work and hand off source files and configurations for maintenance
