About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Attorney to join our team and help us navigate the complexities of commercial agreements, licensing, and compliance in the rapidly evolving SaaS landscape. The Contracts Attorney will be responsiblefor drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of customer contracts and legal agreements across the United States,Canada and Europe, which are crucial to ourSoftware as a Service (SaaS) offering . This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience as a Contracts Attorney, with a strong understanding of B2B, enterprise software licensing, data privacy, intellectual property, and the regulatory framework surrounding SaaS products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, product, and engineering, ensuring legal compliance while supporting business goals.
