The Contract Analyst position is an in-office role located in the Greater Vancouver area and reports directly to the Lead Administrator.
The Contract Analyst supports the effective administration and performance management of the BC Hydro Agreement. This role is responsible for analyzing contract data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting compliance and audit readiness, and preparing reports that inform operational and strategic decision-making under the Master Services Agreement (MSA). The Contract Analyst reports to Lead Administrator and works closely with the Contract Manager and Operations Manager to ensure that financial, operational, and compliance data is accurate, timely, and actionable.

The expected salary range for this role is between $62,000-72,000. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Salary is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual performance bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
