Job summary

Worldsource Wealth Management is seeking an Advisor Support Associate for a 6-month contract ending March 31, 2027. You will deliver client-centric service, handle partner inquiries by phone and email, and act as a subject matter expert on Worldsource products.

The role requires attention to regulations and strong relationship-building with internal and external partners. Responsibilities include tracking inquiries, meeting SLAs, understanding client needs, and supporting other teams as needed,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
• CSC and CPH are assets.
• Investment or Client Services related experience an asset.
• Familiarity with Dataphile and/or FCC uniFide and Croesus is an asset.
• Flexible to work shifts 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EDT, Mon–Fri, with occasional Saturday.
• Bilingual (English & French) an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to clients, partners and advisors.
• Track, analyze, and respond to inquiries to meet SLAs.
• Understand client and advisor needs for service and investment requests.
• Act as gatekeeper applying industry rules during interactions.
• Provide support to other business units as required.
