Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout Southern Ontario, attend site meetings, oversee site activities, and provide quality control.
  2. Living near the London area is considered an asset as we have a multi-year industrial contract in the area that is to be administered.
  3. Assist with project progress and site reports.
  4. Assist with shop drawings, answering Contractor requests for information, and issuing contract changes.
  5. Assist with quality control / constructability reviews on drawings and specifications.
  6. Collaborate and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years’ experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects.
  • Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Ontario construction practices.
  • Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset.
  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam and Adobe Reader.
