As part of NAIT’s mission to be the most relevant and responsive post-secondary institution in Canada, the School of Health Sciences aims to drive the evolution of health care education in Alberta.A great program needs great instructors and the NAIT Diagnostic Laboratory Programs, within the School of Health and Life Sciences, requires a full-time instructor to lead the delivery of curriculum and design for lecture and lab learning. Recent clinical laboratory experience in one or more of the following areas is required : Microbiology, Transfusion Medicine, Chemistry, Hematology, Anatomical Pathology.

Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).
Remuneration : Will commensurate with education and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Instructor salary grid $65,218.00 - $113,452.00 annually. However, starting salary for new hires averages between $78,998.00 - $85,889.00 annually based on education and experience with room for negotiations. (Classification – Instructor).
This position is covered by the NAIT Academic Staff Association (NASA) Collective Agreement
