What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Lead the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency and quality
  2. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to optimize processes
  3. Train and coach operational teams on continuous improvement methodologies
  4. Collaborate with Finance and Transformation teams to document cost reductions and performance improvements
  5. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Post Secondary education
  2. 3–5 years relevant work experience in a process-driven environment
  3. Lean Six Sigma certification
  4. Strong analytical and communication skills
  5. Ability to travel to various sites as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in inventory planning/control and logistics
  2. Background in data analytics, operations, and project management
  3. Familiarity with SAP and procurement processes
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  5. Bilingual in English and French
