  4. Salary range for Continuous Improvement Manager between $100,000 and $110,000 CAD annually

At our facility in St-Marys you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Group as the Continuous Improvement Manager:

  1. Provide ongoing guidance, support, and coaching to Line Centric Team (LCT) members and facility's team members, fostering operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  2. Actively coach and develop direct team members to enhance their skills, foster professional growth, and ensure the achievement of team objectives.
  3. Work closely with site management to identify improvement opportunities and support production development, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  4. Maintain and enhance the plant’s continuous improvement program, ensuring alignment with Lean Production System principles.
  5. Leverage facility's data to prioritize initiatives, define project requirements, scope, resources, team members, tasks, and project owners.
  6. Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools, and train team members at all levels in methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Set-up Reduction, Standard Work, Visual Management, and more.
