Job Overview:

This role is responsible for driving process and capability improvements to deliver breakthrough results and achieve plant goals. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to optimize and create new processes, identify areas for improvement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support Plant Leadership through participation in Daily Operational Reviews, problem solving initiatives, data analysis, metric reporting, and loss elimination to improve reliability and reduce waste.
  2. Implement change management principles at all levels through coaching and employee engagement.
  3. Achieve productivity targets by developing projects and best practices based on Loss Analysis.
  4. Validate and optimize processes such as Changeovers, Sanitation, CIL, and Center lining.
  5. Train teams on new tools like standard work, TPM, gap analysis, data analysis, and loss analysis to build employee capability.
  6. Lead and support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects.
Recipe for Success:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Production, preferably in food manufacturing.
  2. Experience leading CI projects with methodologies like 5S, Kanban, Visual Management.
  3. Six Sigma Certification is a strong asset.
  4. Proven ability to lead transformation efforts, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Ability to coach, inspire, and collaborate with managers, supervisors, and employees.
  6. Influence at all organizational levels and make strategic decisions.
  7. Ability to work within a corporate-wide lean standardization program and share best practices.
  8. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
