We’re building a brand-new Global Process Excellence (PEX) team—and we’re looking for a driven, hands‑on leader with a strong Lean foundation. This is a unique opportunity to take on a high‑impact, global role, driving continuous improvement initiatives across Europe and North America.
In this role, you’ll be at the center of transforming how we operate—streamlining administrative processes across planning, customer service, logistics, and inventory management. Leveraging Lean principles and methodologies, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, relevant stakeholders, and IT partners to optimize workflows, eliminate waste, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Your work will directly shape the future of our global operations. By embedding Lean thinking into everyday administrative practices, you’ll help build smarter, more efficient administrative processes and a culture focused on continuous improvement across regions.
You’ll join a collaborative, international team spanning Europe and North America, reporting to the Head of Global Process Excellence at our Danish headquarters.
