Job summary

MacLean Power Systems seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead Lean initiatives across our manufacturing footprint. You will analyze processes, implement improvements, and coach teams to enhance quality and productivity.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in manufacturing, strong Lean/Kaizen knowledge, and a Six Sigma belt or equivalent certification. This on-site role emphasizes safety, standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Member of the Ordre Eng. Quebec is an asset.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
  • Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving principles.
  • Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt certification considered an asset.

Job Duties
