Trylon TSF Inc. is seeking a full-time HR Assistant to support human resources operations at their Elmira facility. The role involves managing attendance, recruitment, and employee records while ensuring confidentiality and effective communication. Candidates should have HR education and strong organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Proudly Canadian and located in Elmira, Ontario, Trylon is a leader is manufacturing steel towers used by the global telecommunications industry. The HR Assistant will provide human resources administrative support for all Trylon employees. This includes in-person work at our Elmira manufacturing and office facility, employees working remotely and our international employees. The position is an in-office role without the ability to work remotely.
