Position Overview
This is a temporary, remote position responding to disaster relief efforts, specifically hurricane-related needs. Candidates will assist customers, learn our systems, and improve customer experience during challenging times. Hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, on an as-needed basis.
