Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Align crew schedules and timelines, confirm site details, and communicate updates so jobs launch on time and finish strong.
  • Throughout the day, keep project plans on track by adjusting to field realities, flagging risks early, and keeping leaders informed.
  • Provide clear, timely written and verbal updates to keep everyone in the loop.
  • This is primarily an administrative role, with occasional light hands-on tasks such as installing or removing plates, jump-starting vehicles, checking cleanliness and readiness, or clearing snow when needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in contents, restoration, or scheduling (or a related field)
  • Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with mobile apps
  • Exposure to scheduling or GPS platforms (preferred)
  • Fleet coordination exposure—maintenance scheduling, inspections, fuel card logistics, GPS reporting (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract
