As the Content Writer/Onboarding Specialist, you would assist the department by writing, editing and redacting technical content for Knowledge Base Articles, Internal user's guides, and publications. You would also be the primary individual responsible for all onboarding and training programs for new team members.
This is a hybrid role and requires regular weekly travel to the Beacon, NY office.
