What is the opportunity?

Join the RBC Regulated Learning team, where you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering compliance-focused learning solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify regulatory training needs and develop innovative, engaging programs that drive employee knowledge and behavior. Working in an agile environment, you'll have the opportunity to rapidly design, test, and iterate on learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. What will you do?

  • QA testing and validation of basic learning content, supplied by vendors or business-anchored learning on Workday Learning.
  • Monitor and verify that quality activities align with control procedures. Test content for functionality and accessibility standards using established guidelines. Support troubleshooting with LSA resources. Provide insights on recommended fixes for vendor partners when necessary.
  • Review vendor outputs, suggest fixes, and ensure compliance with RBC branding standards.
  • Create and maintain Workday Learning courses, audiences, and campaigns based on approved business requirements.
  • Collaborate with team and business partners to ensure consistent application of standards and best practices for the regulated learning portfolio.
  • Upload and manage content for testing.
  • Ensure course content and materials are stored and maintained on relevant systems and platforms as per practice.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects
  • Knowledge and skills for testing using screen readers (e.g., JAWS 2023)
  • Analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Suite skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday Learning (campaigns, audiences, programs, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., Financial Services)
