Job description

Position Overview

The Content Strategist will develop and implement effective content strategies that engage target audiences, enhance brand visibility, and drive conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to produce high-quality content that aligns with business goals and meets the needs of our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and content preferences.
  3. Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and search rankings.
  4. Create and manage editorial calendars for content production and publication.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Design, Research, Brand & Communications, and Product Engineers to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all platforms.
  6. Analyze content performance metrics and adapt strategies based on insights gained.
  7. Conduct content inventories and audits, document content plans, and engage stakeholders throughout projects.
  8. Manage content campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
  9. Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimization efforts.
  10. Support the development of message frameworks, taxonomies, content migration plans, content workflows, and governance guidelines.
  11. Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a content strategist.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with content performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience using tools including Pendo, Chameleon, Appcues, Figma, JIRA, Confluence, Courier, Maze, Airtable.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with audience research and segmentation strategies.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and campaign management.
