About the Role

We’re hiring a Toronto-based Content Strategist to join the team behind Do It All (DIA) — a brand dedicated to empowering multihyphenate women with science-backed systems for confidence, health, and productivity.

This is a part-time (15–20 hours/week) hybrid role ideal for a creative self-starter who understands social storytelling, women’s wellness, and how to turn brand energy into engaging, high-converting content across platforms. You’ll work closely with the founder and team to help shape and scale a fast-growing media and product brand.

What You'll Do

  1. Own and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (reels, carousels, captions)
  2. Write, edit, and design content in the brand voice (using Canva, Capcut, Google Docs)
  3. Collaborate on 1 day/week of in-person filming in Toronto (required)
  4. Repurpose content across platforms and optimize for reach and clarity
  5. Provide creative direction on weekly content themes or series
  6. Analyze content performance and audience feedback to improve engagement
  7. Support outbound outreach (e.g., workshops, podcast placements, media)
  8. Maintain tone and consistency across all channels

You're a Great Fit If You...

  • Are based in Toronto and available to meet once a week for content shoots
  • Have a deep understanding of wellness, personal development, or women’s lifestyle content
  • Can take a vague idea and develop it into a full piece (copy + visuals)
  • Are comfortable working solo and pitching creative angles or new ideas
  • Have strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Are flexible, self-directed, and aligned with values like trust, purpose, and community

Skills & Tools

  • Capcut or other video editing tools (e.g., VN, InShot)
  • Google Workspace
  • Experience posting and formatting on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Bonus: experience working with influencers, brands, or creators

Logistical Details

  • Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 1 in-person filming day/week)
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
  • Start Date: ASAP; training available in August
