Role Description

We’re looking for aContent Creator and Community Managerto join our growing team. This is a part-time ORfull-time hybrid rolebased in Montreal, QC, with flexibility for remote work.

In this role, you’ll not only develop and manage content strategies and oversee community management, but you’ll also have the opportunity tocreate engaging content yourself. From filming and editing social media videos (Reels, TikToks) to designing graphics for campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team and clients to plan and execute content initiatives that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media (short-form videos, stories, posts)
  • Design high-quality visual content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Manage community interactions, fostering engagement and brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaigns and creative ideas
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on results

Qualifications
