About the Role

Science & Humans is looking for an in-person Content Strategist who can lead with ideas and execute with creativity. You’ll own the strategy and production of engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, email, and blog.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands-on creation—someone who can see the big picture and bring it to life through video, design, and storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a cross-platform content strategy focused on wellness and hormone health
• Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using trending formats and sounds
• Design branded content using Canva or similar tools
• Edit videos and assemble engaging sequences that resonate with social audiences
• Work closely with marketing, clinical, and design teams to ensure messaging and tone consistency
• Translate complex health topics into accessible, creative narratives
• Stay up-to-date on platform trends, content styles, and performance best practices

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in content strategy, content marketing, or digital storytelling
• Experience producing and editing video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Advanced skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other video / design tools
• A strong sense of visual branding, timing, and audience engagement
• Comfort working on-camera (optional but a plus)
• Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience in healthcare or health-tech is a strong asset
