CRDN of Vancouver Island in Victoria is seeking a Content Restoration Technician to restore items affected by water, fire or mold damage. You will help deliver exceptional service and preserve clients' belongings in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration or cleaning preferred.
• Previous experience in content restoration or a related field is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate damaged contents for restoration potential.
• Perform cleaning and restoration processes using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all restoration activities.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
• Assist with inventory management and organization of restored items.
• Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
