Moment Factory in Montreal is seeking a production coordinator to align the work of the diverse talents across video content projects. You will act as a bridge between the project management team, technical experts, internal artists, and external collaborators to ensure smooth progress of the production schedule.

Your main mission will be to coordinate the work of the various talents and experts involved in video content production on various projects. With an overview of all production activities, you will act as a bridge between the project management team, technical experts, internal artists, and external collaborators, to ensure the smooth progress of the different stages of the production schedule. You will work closely with content project managers and the technical content production team to implement the established production strategy.
In addition, you will carry out administrative follow-ups for projects from design to operation, including logistics, documentation, budget tracking, and the drafting and updating of various documents. You will be the key link in communication and liaison between all stakeholders.
