A leading company in e-commerce is seeking a creative and strategic content marketer to plan and execute various marketing campaigns. This role involves writing promotional content, collaborating with diverse teams, and optimizing strategies based on user data. The candidate should be familiar with Canadian markets and major social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1.Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, including online campaigns (social media activations, live events) and offline events (brand collaborations, community meetups, street promotions)
2.Write and edit promotional content such as campaign copy, social media posts, and platform articles
3.Collaborate with designers, editors, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of marketing campaigns
4.Manage and update regular content; analyze user interests and continuously optimize content strategies
5.Bonus: Ability to independently create simple promotional or short-form videos
Requirements
1.Minimum 1 year of experience in content marketing, event planning, or related fields
2.Familiar with major Chinese social platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu(Red Note), WeChat, Weibo, Douyin) and global platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
3. Strong creative and strategic thinking with proven experience in campaign execution
4. Sensitivity to content trends and user growth dynamics; ability to produce engaging, high-impact content
5.Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
6.Strong writing skills and a basic understanding of data analytics
7.Familiarity with the Canadian market and Chinese consumer habits is a plus
8.Preferred: Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere; experience in short video content creation preferred
Hybrid Work Arrangement
This position follows a hybrid working model, requiring the employee to work on-site 2 to 3 days per week at our office located near the intersection of Highway 404 and Finch Avenue, Toronto.

2.熟悉主流中文社交平台(小红书、微信、微博、抖音等)及英文平台(Instagram、TikTok、YouTube等)
3.具备优秀的创意策划能力、项目管理能力与内容敏感度
4.有良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神,能同时处理多任务并高效执行
5.文字表达能力强,具备基础数据分析思维
6.熟悉加拿大本地市场及华人消费习惯者优先
7.【加分项】熟练使用视频剪辑工具(如CapCut、Final Cut Pro、Premiere等),有短视频内容制作经验
