Content Writer - Full Time

Compensation: $55-$65K depending on experience

Commitment: 40 hours per week, in studio (downtown Kelowna)

The Role

To put it simply, you will create insightful, inspiring, educational, and entertaining content for Dan Martell’s social media, newsletter and website. And here’s the cool part:

The Content Writer will be a motivated, successful writer looking to sharpen their marketing and content creation skills. The ideal candidate will work with Head of Content Writing and other staff writers to develop Dan’s presence and reach online while assisting them with analytics, automation and optimization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Processing: Assist the Head of Content Writing with sourcing and processing RAW Backlog content to pull insights and repurpose content for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Newsletters.
• Newsletter: You will own content writing and distribution on the weekly newsletter.
• Social Media: You will create short and long form posts for LinkedIn, tweets for X, and captions for Instagram or YouTube.
• Copy & Editing: You will assist with other writing, editing, landing pages, etc. for various parts of the biz.
• Metrics: You will gather stats, metrics and data, and help the Head of Content Writing understand what’s working and what isn’t.
  
  

Experience and Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of writing
• Involved in growing newsletters/email and social media content
• Meticulous file organization and management
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in the media industry, working with personal brands
