Job description

We’re a results-focused, customer-obsessed company motivated by our passion for empowering digital marketers to achieve success with their campaigns. With intuitive landing page builders and a comprehensive suite of AI-powered features, our platform helps you grow smarter.

In 2024, Unbounce, a leading landing page creation and conversion optimization platform, merged with Insightly, a CRM and marketing automation platform. We’re beginning to move toward a unified brand, making it an exciting time to join and help shape our product strategy. In the meantime, you’ll get to know two powerful tools that simplify how marketing and sales teams collaborate.

Our team's technical expertise and creativity work together to drive our mission forward every day. We strive to be a workplace of inspired minds by fostering an environment where innovative thinking is encouraged, and where everyone is given the opportunity to grow and contribute to the achievement of their goals. We aim to continue being an innovative and inspiring company that both our customers and employees admire—and we invite our future team members to join us!

About the role:

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager with a strong copywriting background to maximize the impact of our content. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Marketing, you’ll own distribution strategies and craft conversion-driven copy across social, email, paid media, and landing pages. If you love turning content into measurable results and geek out on distribution, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll also help shape how our brands optimize for AI search, building scalable processes to keep us ahead of industry shifts. While your main focus will be content distribution, we’re a lean team, and you’ll have the chance to roll up your sleeves and contribute across other content projects that move the business forward.

What you'll be doing:

Copywriting & Content Distribution

  • Own the social content calendar by planning posts, drafting copy, creating visuals from templates (or briefing design requests), and managing approvals.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for organic social, email campaigns, paid media, landing pages, and websites.
  • Develop distribution plans for campaigns across social, email, and paid media in partnership with Content and Digital Marketing leads. Ensure distribution strategies support overall campaign goals, messaging, and budget.

Content & Process Optimization

  • Analyze performance data to refine and optimize copy for higher engagement and conversions.
  • Support blog updates in line with our SEO and GEO strategies, working closely with our in-house SEO specialist.
  • Help design and improve content workflows for social and GEO-driven blog updates to make processes more scalable and efficient.
  • Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize reach and performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align content with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to content planning and strategy sessions for both Unbounce and Insightly.
  • Support other content projects as needed. We’re a small, agile team, so flexibility is key.

A little about you:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, content creation, or copywriting, with a portfolio that shows your ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A strategic content marketer who knows how to turn campaign ideas into distribution plans that drive measurable results.
  • Skilled at writing short-form, high-impact copy (email, ads, social) and refreshing blog content with SEO/GEO in mind.
  • Curious about how AI is shaping content marketing and eager to experiment with scalable, AI-driven workflows.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented, with a knack for spotting patterns and adjusting copy or strategy for stronger results.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
  • Comfortable using tools like Asana, Figma, Wordpress, and Sprout Social, and quick to learn new ones.

What’s in it for you:

Flexibility and Time Off

  • Flexible Time Off Policy - We encourage a minimum of 4 weeks per year!
  • Remote First Team
  • Flexible Hours
  • Work From Anywhere Program

Health and Wellness

  • Health Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
