Job summary

Clarity in Vancouver is seeking a Content Marketer, Data to define a new category of investing. You will research and write about private markets, transforming data into compelling narratives for investors while supporting regular reports and newsletters.

You will leverage Clarity's proprietary data and external research to shape insights for company reports, market intelligence, and sector updates. Collaboration with a high‑growth marketing team and ongoing learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of experience extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data and turning it into clear narratives.
• Rigorous sourcing habits; verify statements with sources.
• Experience writing about business, finance, or investing, e.g., journalist or analyst.
• Examples of published business/finance writing.
• Ability to manage several deadlines (weekly reports, monthly newsletters, quarterly research).
• Ability to manipulate data in Excel and analytics tools such as Omni or Posthog.

Responsibilities

• Own Liquidity Thesis series: research, write, update in-depth reports on pre-IPO companies.
• Turn trading data into market intelligence on liquidity, depth, and price movement.
• Build data and narratives for annual and quarterly reports on large private US companies entering public markets.
• Synthesize third-party research on institutional investors and wealth managers.
• Research and write a monthly investor newsletter.
