The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Content Lead who can own all aspects of content — from strategy to execution. You’ll be our go-to source for telling compelling stories, launching scalable content programs, and building a brand voice that cuts through the noise. You’ll also be a key player in integrating AI into our content workflows in smart, on-brand ways.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with lots of runway and autonomy. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team (demand generation, design, product marketing, etc.), product, sales, customer success, partners, and leadership to turn ideas into results-driven content.

What you'll be doing :

  • Own the content strategy. Help define our content priorities across channels and buyer stages, then bring them to life.
  • Create high-quality content such as blogs, guides, checklists, infographics, case studies, press releases, web copy, and emails.
  • Utilize AI tools to scale content creation efficiently while maintaining our brand voice.
  • Build and maintain the Orchestry voice. Be authentic, showcase expertise, build trust, and provide value. Sound human everywhere we show up.
  • Collaborate across teams and with customers and partners to learn and communicate our value effectively.
  • Innovate, test, learn from failures, optimize, and scale content initiatives, understanding that the content landscape evolves daily.
  • Be resourceful by repurposing, remixing, and repackage content to maximize impact with less effort. Prioritize progress over perfection.

You’ll thrive in this role if you :

  • Have 5+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, preferably targeting IT buyers.
  • Are experienced in managing the entire content lifecycle — from strategy to writing to distribution.
  • Have used AI tools for content creation and understand their appropriate application.
  • Understand how content drives demand generation, SEO, sales, renewals, upselling, and brand building.
  • Are curious, collaborative, fast-moving, and proactive.
  • Can brainstorm strategic ideas and craft compelling headlines or edit blogs.
  • Can translate technical conversations into engaging, top-of-funnel content.

Nice-to-Haves :

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, HubSpot (MAP, CRM, CMS), Figma, Monday.com, Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with video production or HTML/CSS.
  • A strong content portfolio.
