You’ll work closely with the Director of Brand and Content to bring our content strategy to life across social and blog channels. You’ll help us expand into new platforms, build audience engagement, and continually evolve how we show up organically across the digital landscape.
More Specifically You Will
Manage and create content across our social media platforms and blog
Help us expand our presence on YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms
Plan and maintain a content calendar that blends always-on storytelling with larger marketing campaigns
Leverage AI tools and SEMrush to generate and refine blog content—while you don’t need to be a professional writer, you should have a strong eye for editing, structure, and tone.
Create and edit social-first video content using tools like CapCut or Canva
Use AI tools to streamline content creation and distribution—amplifying, not replacing, your creative work
Monitor content performance and apply insights to optimize future work
Collaborate with teams across Growth, Integrated, Creative, and Email to align messaging and content across channels
About You
4-6 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for tone and voice
Experience growing and managing organic content channels (especially social and blog)
Comfortable editing short-form video for social (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools
You’re curious about audience behavior and what makes content resonate
You thrive in fast-moving environments, take initiative, and don’t wait for permission to try new things
You're collaborative, open to feedback, and excited to learn and grow with support
Bonus if you’ve worked in an agency or startup before or have a successful personal channel
