We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to join our real estate team. This position involves developing, implementing, and managing content strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.

Salary ranges from $4,000 to $6,250 per month – and that’s not to mention other perks and benefits.

  2. Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content including property descriptions, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and more.
  3. Create and manage a content calendar to plan and schedule content production and distribution.
  4. Conduct market research to understand the target audience and their content preferences.
  5. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates.
List of Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
  4. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
